Infant Mortality Assessment & Community Action-planning meeting (Florida Healthy Babies Initiative)
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Conducted an enhanced data analysis on infant mortality (including an environmental scan of existing pertinent programs) and examined disparities in infant deaths and the role of social determinants of health. Incorporated findings into a community health improvement plan and led the implementation of community-based programs with key stakeholders.
